With a vision to provide excellence in education, Mr. Sujay Jairaj started Max Edusol Pvt. Ltd. He is the Trustee at Jamnabai Narsee Schools, and Chairperson of Chatrabhuj Narsee Schools.

Taking a holistic and analytical approach, they aim to develop solutions that deliver lasting value.
Ms. Jessie Vas
Ms Jessie Vas has been an educator for over 60 years. She has been associated with Jamnabai Narsee School since 1971 & has served in various capabilities. From being a teacher, a former principal to being a Senior Advisor at Max Edusol, Ms Vaz comes with a tremendous administrative, training & academic expertise. She was honoured with the Best Teacher Award in 2003 by Dr.APJ Kalam for her incredible contribution as an exceptional educator.
Dr. Yolande Pereira
Dr Yolande Pereira has a dual doctorate in medicine and Child Centric Family Therapy. She has over 20 years of proven experience as Academic Consultant and Therapist to various schools on well-being and mental health issues.
She has crafted and conducted several professional development, parenting, and academic management sessions for school communities across India and abroad. She is a strong advocate of inclusive education and has worked extensively with educators across the country to promote teacher efficacy and the creation of inclusive teaching practices.
Mr. Jeevan D’Cunha
Mr Jeevan D’Cunha is an experienced Director of Learning and Development with a demonstrated history of working in the education management industry.
He is a strong human resource professional skilled in Curriculum Development, Public Speaking, Teacher Training, Psychology, and Counselling Psychology. He has conducted scores of teacher training programmes across the country.
Ms. Zeenat Bhojabhoy
Ms. Zeenat Bhojabhoy has been a teacher and an academic leader for over 40 years, which include being a teacher, an administrator, the Principal of Jamnabai Narsee School and now the Senior Advisor at Jamnabai Narsee School. She is a highly enthusiastic and visionary leader. It’s this rich experience that helps her to mentor younger educators in shaping school policies, designing curricula and conducting themselves with professional grace and expertise.
